what a day. citysongs, the kids choir/social work program i'm interning for (ask for more details if you want them) had a performance today in a children's museum. it was not the most successful performance of all time. the kids were fine but then we were having all kinds of technical difficulties and ended up not being able to use microphones, which was a huge problem, the situation being that there were about a million screaming toddlers watching/not watching/screaming. after that sort of frustrating experience i had 4 kids drag me around the science center while they played with every single piece of equipment in the building for about .32 seconds each. i didn't mind that part though.
st. paul is good. i have no friends, but i'm getting by pretty well anyway. i read a lot and i have work and now a gym membership so i'm busy enough without being stressed. life is good. i just finished a book called the kite-runner that everyone should read. especially you farrah.
congratulate farrah on getting an interview for an awesome internship! so exciting!
so for a valentines present, i'm thinking about getting johnny a t-shirt with a huge picture of my face on it. i'm afraid he'll call my bluff and actually wear it but i might just have to take that chance.
i am always always hungry and am becoming a shameless chocolate binger.
i wish i had some story to tell that was el jay appropriate and funny but alas. sometimes interesting stories don't appear at our fingertips when we wish them to be there. emily should update!
xoxo,
