Today was the first day of Indoor Track. The pointless 'dynamic warm ups' before the real workout (streching and walking at the same time, like that is realy going to work) reminded me of last year and the meet before Christamas and all that. Then we did an ab workout led by the captains who had forgotten it. I have done a horable job of maintaining my shape during the off season so I did the logical thing and went on a run that I would consider to be long at the apex of my physical ability. I ran for an hour, then I went in to wait lift, could only do arms for about 15 minutes before they got tired, then I tired to do more legs, but remember that I just got back from an hour long run, so they refused to put in a good effort. I decided to just go home. The hour long run caused a minor lack of oxygen in the brain so this evening I've been saying random shit that made no sence, so please excuse my lack of flow in this entry. I also have soreness or weakness in all my limbs. God, how I missed the pain, the sweat, sweat pain. Also, the run cleared up some well being problems that I was having (blieve me, you don't want details) so overall, I'm happy to be back. The only thing I don't miss is starting my homework tired.
