My head a splode. My eyes are stuck in the WTF position; I think my left eyeball is three times larger than my right by now. I can certainly understand why Graham is spooked. These people are SCARY.
And deluded. So many of the ones that are pissed off didn't hear what was said to them - which was mostly "you're good, but not what we're looking for". They always heard that as "you suck". Sigh.
