I absolutely loved it. I even don't know why, I'm not a big fan of Izzie or Alex, but it was awesome.
I cut the video with VirtualDubMod and then I edit it with ImageReady ^___^ If you want, I can give you a very nice tutorial!

I have almost all my episodes in .avi but that doesn't work... does it need to be .mpeg and do you just convert yours?

That's weird because I also have the episodes in .avi and it doesn't give me problems..

I download vid from youtube to avi... maybe that's the problem.. it just says that some frame isn't compressed... :/

one more question... when you save them how do you make them .gif because I can only save them as ,avi files... :P

Sorry, I didn't noticed your comments!
You have to ro to File > Save Optimized As, so it saves your work in .gif ^^
The program should work even if it says that some frames aren't compressed.. But I don't really know, sorry LOL
