The incredibly slack Firefox users among us go to http://www.tiddlywiki.com and download the empty file. This gives you a one-page HTML wiki which you can save onto a USB stick and tote around with you.
Though if even this is too much like work, go to http://www.wik.is and they will host it for you free of charge. I've also heard http://www.pbwiki.com is suitable for this purpose as well.
