My infatuation with Josh Hopkins continues. I snagged the episode of "Bones" I was looking for, and, completely randomly, I also found an unaired pilot episode he was in. The show was called
"Global Frequency" and it was pretty awful. As in, possibly aired late late Sunday night in syndication awful. He was probably the best thing about the thing. He played an ex-cop who stumbles on this network of pseudo-spies who immediately recruit him and he helps them prevent the distruction of San Francisco, all in one hour. There were a couple scenes when he reminded me of Adam Baldwin (Jayne from "Firefly"), probably because he was playing the character as bewildered and gruffy. And there's that leather coat and scruff.
.
I'm starting to think that half the fun is looking for the obscure stuff they've been in.
