Just Planning a Party [closed]

A thirtieth wedding anniversary was kind of a big deal.

Wasn't it?

Cormac hadn't even been alive that long and to think his parents had somehow managed to make it through without killing each other seemed something worthy of a celebration. Though, perhaps, he'd have to work on something a bit more romantic to say than that when it came time for a toast.

A friend of a friend at the Ministry had pointed him in the direction of Ambiance Events, a company that specialized in throwing parties. Which, considering Cormac didn't even know where to begin, seemed like the right idea. He cut out during his lunch hour, leaving a note for his supervisor that he'd be out for a bit longer than just his typical hour. Considering he usually worked through his lunches, he didn't think there would be much a problem. He was the star employee there, after all.

His major concern was that this party needed to be incredible- something worthy of his parents' affection for each other.

So, when he stepped inside, checking in on his appointment, he couldn't help but feel a little nervous as he took in the space around him.
