Who's your daddy?
So my mom shall be coming about the 5th or 6th of June. She is staying about 3 months.
I am moving out of my cozy apartment and moving into a 2 bedroom condo till I go to Japan. At that point everything will be thrown into storage and I shall be thrown on a plane.
Have been keeping busy at work and might have to go to Mexico again. Tennessee in June hopefully. I like Tennessee. This time I hope to go to the smokies.
Once I'm settled into the new place and my mom gets settled in I'll probably throw a BBQ party.
I think I shall have to cancel my trip to India in July. I do not think I have time to do everything. So I must choose what is important to me right now and take care of that. As for my cousin (who's wedding it is), love him to death, but he didn't consult with me while setting the date. So tough luck Cuz!
Some of you had met my friend from India who came to visit last year. We played poker with her and got her drunk (our usual MO). After a year of not keeping in touch, guilt finally got the better of her and she called and left me a message. When I called her back she was quite excited and wanted to tell me a years worth of news in 10 minutes. She is now happily married (to a guy I do not know) and working at IBM in India. Her husband reminds me of some one, but I am obligated not to say.
Over the last couple of weeks I have been happier than usual.
My body accepts Scotch much better than it accepts Tequila. I do not think however, that this will make me stop doing Tequila shots....
