(no subject)
Well, I have never seen any differences about the north and south that have bothered me....until today. I was driving home today from work and I was going down down Mt. Hope and I saw a funeral procession coming towards me. So I did what any southern would do; pull over on the side of the road and wait till it pasted...then I noticed that no one else was stopping. Everyone was still driving like normal. In fact I even saw a car drive past the procession and get in front of it!!!!! I was so appalled. I just can't explain it. I have never been anywhere that I have not seen people give respect to the dead. It just seemed so disrespectful to me. I mean I was so upset about this that I called my father and told him about it (which I never call my parents). He was just like I guess that's one of the differences between the north and south.
