Will two parallel lines ever meet?
For a second this would seem like a mathematical thesis.
Yes they will meet at infinity.
But, no, this is not the issue.
This is just a question that popped into my head, after another day of masochistic indulged in the depressing music from the OST of the Turn Left Turn Right movie. It has been playing on my CD-drive non-stop since 3 days ago.
Maybe it is the weather, or the surroundings, but I feel the music driving me to feel for Jimmy Liao's story even more than I used to.
Life is full of coincidences and uncertainties
- there will be a day even two parallel lines will cross.
At least that is what the movie said.
But I know that I will never see that girl,
Even till the day I fail to breathe,
Even till the day the sun rises from the east,
Even till the day the ocean fails to touch the sand,
Even till the day two parallel lines meet.
Maybe tonight at noon.
But I doubt it.
