J'hon was indeed very hot through R'dney's eyes! Like a lot of girls I loved the Pern series growing up and this was a lovely SGA version.

Thanks. I think I just did an image search of John Sheppard and hunted through until I found something that I could turn into an icon. You're welcome to grab it and use it however you like but you might like to find the original image for your viewing pleasure - it had a lot more chest in it as I recall. I think he was sitting in the infirmary in it.

I couldn't remember a scene in SGA where Sheppard appeared shirtless, but it turns out I had forgotten this scene - it's from The Lost Tribe in season 5.

I'm going to have to go back and check out the DVD's to see if there are any other scenes I overlooked - purely for research purposes, of course ;-)

You're welcome! I only have six icons on LJ so I know what you mean. InsaneJournal lets me have 100 on a free account so I store them over there and swap them in and out on LJ - although Colin Morgan's smile and Sheppard one have stayed pretty constant for a while now. I like this one of Hewlett too.

I was hoping to get SGA dvds for my birthday but it didn't happen. I think I'm going to have to buy them for myself!

I found one I wasn't using much and could afford to remove.

I've found out from a friend that if you delete one, it is also removed from all the posts you used it on, so I dare not remove any of the ones I use a lot.

You can replace it with another one if you give it the same name, otherwise the post reverts back to your default.
