Question about word usage
Well, I've found this varies somewhat from fandom to fandom, and since I haven't come across this in SGA fandom yet, so...
Use of "cum" for "come" in a sex scene. How much does it bother you? Do you differentiate between usage, that is, use "cum" for the noun and "come" for the verb? Any input appreciated, thanks!

While I appreciate all your input and opinions, I'm twisting my neck over the idea that using "cum" for semen/ejacuating is wrong because there's a Latin word "cum" that is spelled and pronounced the same. I mean, there are lots of other words with totally different meanings and word origins that happens to be pronounced and spelled the same. For instance, "pro" can mean "for" in Latin, or short for "professional." Why should that be okay, but it's wrong when it comes to "cum"?
