Afterelton Slash poll
Many of you are probably aware that McShep was one of 32 slash pairings nominated in Afterelton's Ultimate Slash Madness Tourney. Now that they've beat out Daniel/Jack and Troy/Abed from Community, they're one of only EIGHT couples left. They're up against Dean/Castiel in this round and despite what Destiel fans have been saying, I don't think the odds are so ludicrously far in their favor. For one thing, we're at 30.8% to 69.1% -- which is AMAZING given that we rose a whole 9% since Supernatural got a pretty sizeable lead.
Right now, there are about 7,000 votes between us. There are 2,600 people who watch this comm alone, so given the fact that you can vote once every hour, all it would take would be three votes today and we'd close the gap (and then some). I don't think we should count ourselves out yet.
Either way, we McShep shippers have done an amazing job so far and I think that we stand a good chance of beating out Destiel if we give it a shot. :)
