Question: Sheppard's Dog Tags
From reading, and doing other research, I was under the impression that wearing the tags is required at all times by members of the military in the field - for which Atlantis certainly qualifies.
Lorne's team had theirs used to identify "their" bodies in COUP D'ETAT. Ford's tags were in shown whist he was in the infirmary during THE SIEGE, PART 3. I've also watched some SG-1 episodes on DVD to check, and the chain is in evidence on lots of occasions.
Back to Sheppard! The only episode I've actually seen Sheppard wearing his was in 38 MINUTES. In other episodes where he is wearing clothes which should show the neck chain, at the very least, it's not there.
Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon, or have I just failed to spot them? Hmmm?
