Claire left a bunch of bags of Skittles with a note on McKay's desk:

I know you're not my department head but he's a jerk so I thought why not, you deserve some Skittles and I deserve some time off during the holidays. Maybe this will help my karma.

Another note appeared on McKay's desk taped to a small silver container.

Thanks for the plushie, he was a welcome addition to the clutter on my desk.

As for my Department Head.. well the short version (as I understand it) is that he didn't want to hire a 'quack' when what he really needed was a doctor. He is quick to remind me that I am not a doctor, nevermind that I teach two classes, have a full patient load and do clinic hours.

We have agreed not to like each other, if I didn't love my job...

Enjoy the gift I turned it myself... the ice I nicked from the lab.

An hour later, another note magically appeared... Seemingly out of nowhere since McKay is the king of stealth (not really, but the title's self-proclaimed) and hasn't been using memo or messengers lately........

Ere go the comical scene of Dr. McKay being chased down by his very angry secretary for being a procrastinating lazy ass.

Don't know how you did it but Thanks! The evil one didn't go out of his way to make sure my schedule was pretty but it isn't as bad as it could have been. I actually got the shift off that I requested; probably helped that it was Friday afternoon but that means I don't have to cancel on the youth center again.

If you're around on T-day you should come to the children's ward shindig. Otherwise coffee whenever you have time is on me.
