very brief update for anyone still on lj
Still alive. Currently very angry at a government which neither I nor most of my friends voted for, and which has evil refugee policies and cruel economic policies - therefore being active in the Greens and in my union are absolute priorities. Still on the margins of fandom. Still trying to sort myself out. Still interested mainly in Ripper Street. Totally over the moon because - thanks to a lovely friend - I have found out that my other Grand Passion of the past few years, the German series Alarm for Cobra 11, is now being broadcast Down Here in Australia! In German (which I understand intermittently) with English subtitles (which I understand consistently) = my idea of perfect happiness. Hoping you all are reasonably well.
