so dan and i were having a discussion today about livejournal...(and yeah, i still type liverjournal every time)...
we were just talking about how weird it is that we don't document our lives like we used to...and how we should, because, honestly, reading over archives NOW is hilarious and awesome and amazing...so when we go back at forty, these archives will probably be hilarious and awesome and amazing.....except not so much...cause we're thirty and boring....
but ANYWAY...the discussion turned into nostalgia, as it always does...and we remembered the privacy tags that we used to make...like, so-and-so can't read this post, cause she'll tell so-and-so about it, and in turn, so-and-so will get mad, because we want to talk about her, but we're passive-aggressive, so we need to keep it on the DL...DL!!! how's that for showing my age???
i'm actually impressed with my younger self for keeping track...but now that i know that the only people that will possibly read this are the people that i never had to leave out of posts...chris, dan, courtney...it's so silly, and i really don't think that i have the energy anymore to keep track!! it's kind of nice to know that livejournal isn't the cool thing anymore, and that we're free to finally write for ourselves, and not have to worry about the drama that was circa 2003.
so on to my exciting lj post:
i was on the phone with a million (2) insurance companies today...and a million (1) appraisal specialists trying to get my car taken care of....and after telling the same story over and over again, i think i should be good.
