Navratri Celebration
Last night was our (HSA - Hindu Student Association) Navratri Celebration and it took place in grand ishtyle! We planned for about 175-200 ppl but more than 250 ppl of all shapes, colors & sizes graced the occasion...
First there was a puja, which got extended due to delays with the food. Then there was a tasty dinner which took nearly couple hours to get thru due to the crazy lineup and afterwards DJ Blaze provided the beats and us the dandiya sticks. It was a vunderfool evening and I think everybody had a lot of fun.
Overdose of brownness but it was great to meet a variety of interesting ppl, like a couple other freshmen from Muscat, a Mumbai Iyer graduate physiotherapist and a bunch of "long time no see" friends/acquaintances.
