Mmm. Vegetables

I just ground up baby carrots, a red bell pepper, cottage cheese, a tomato, half a cucumber with a little salt, pepper, and Vietnamese white pepper in the blender to a puree. It's good, especially after not having anything with much fiber for a few days.

Dood, that sounds good.

Oh hey, the last post had a comment about blending fruit, OJ, etc. That combo is good with soft tofu blended in as well.
