i want to sing and dance around and play music SOOO BAD!! its been weeks since i could, and i need song venting. i hate having to be quiet. shin has it good cause you can play guitar without am amp and its fine and he can just plug the shit into the puter and use head phones, but all my instruments are non electronic and cause a great deal of noise so i cant use them after about 7-8 at night and during the day, even if i have off, shin is sleeping because of night shifts so i have to be extra quiet. FUCK!
i just got my new french horn this week and i havent even been able to play it yet... :(
my voice and my ab muscles are crap right now because i havent been practicing enough. i used to go to the studio once a week with teh band, but since i quit, practice has been less frequent. i think ill go to karaoke alone tomorrow to belt out some.
ive been singing alot of enka and some stuff that is like, in between enka and j-pop. my fav is NAKAJIMA MIYUKI. holy crap, i have never heard music that conveys ones emotions more powerful that this womans songs. she mostly sings about love gone bad, separation, and other very emotional concepts. AND SHE IS GOOD. she writes all her own music, lyrics and sings with teh most beautiful voice i have ever heard. it is to me anyway. i long to be her!! she is now probably about 50 years old, but still looks soooo beautiful and does commercials for older ladies beauty products. she has has awesome style and is like, the japanese goth-pop-enka girl. freaking AWESOME!

also, this is one of her oldest songs, back when she was probably college age. its called "urami-masu"(i hate you) and its freaking sad and she is crying while she is singing and i always freaking ball when i hear it. this is one of the REALEST, rawest emotions in a song i have ever heard. u have to listen to the end!!!
