round robin, round two?
Hi, all!
Now that it's summer again, we were thinking of a round two of last year's McFassy Round Robin, since it was pretty darn fun, and also there were giant unicorn spaceships, so if that's not a selling point I don't know what is.
For anyone who wants the reminder, a Round Robin fic is a collective fic-writing awesome party time, in which one person starts the story, the next person continues, then the next person, and so on, until everyone who wants to has gotten to play. In general, individual sections are short--last time we had a 100-word minimum and roughly 1000-word max, though we aren't very strict about it if you're a bit under or over--and silliness and fluff is highly encouraged. If you want to see what we did last year, the rules post is here, and the actual story-post is here, and also collected over here on AO3.
For now, we're just kind of gauging interest--comment here or on tumblr or someplace if you'd be interested in playing, and maybe let us know whether earlier or later in the summer would be better? I'll make a proper sign-up post once we've got enough interest and a rough idea of dates, and you can let me know whether you'd rather write a section earlier, in the middle, or near the end.
