Working Out

I had to take 3 weeks off from lifting weights. The first week I was too worn out to lift; the next week I had too many tests; and the last week was valentines day week, and I was too drunk and/or depressed the whole week to do much of anything. So, last week I started up again, but had to move to lower weights with lower reps, which was depressing. But I worked out more than I normally would during the week, and hit my muscle groups twice instead of just once.

I tried out my normal work-out regimen today, and surprisingly I managed it (just barely). I'm sure I'll be sore as hell tomorrow, but for now I'm just glad to be back roughly where I was already =).
