Shawn Carter tried to retire. But he didn't. And that's how we all got here. Wherever you are right now, you can owe it all to Shawn Carter.
Alright so none of that is true. Except for the fact that Jay-Z came out with "Kingdom Come" yesterday, after telling us for a whole cd how he was retiring. Of course I knew that he wouldn't go out with only one "encore". I mean honestly, it's Jay-Z.
I'm tired of people letting life happen to them.
There are two types of people in the world.
The ones who are presented with a problem, take responsibility, and overcome the obstacle.
Then there are the ones who are presented with a problem, complain about the unfair situation and do not realize that it's their fault.
And I'm sick of dealing with the fucking latter.
If you can't deal with a situation, it is ultimately YOUR FAULT. In an unfair situation, people always say there is nobody to blame, but there is and IT IS YOU. I'm honestly not trying to be mean, but it's just the truth. It's not a bad thing that it's your fault. You aren't supposed to be able to deal with every shitty circumstance presented to you, but the fact that you can't deal with it is still your fault. And when you can't realize this, you fall into the second category.
Is that so hard to understand?
