Well for the past week or so i have been getting up at a very early hour, no matter what time i go to sleep, and feeling really really awake. So i think instead of going back to bed and getting more sleep, in which case waking up feeling groggy i will just stay awake and do a work out routine. That way i'll get into something on a regular basis and i'll be more awake through out the day... and i'll get into better shape.
Not that i think i'm in bad shape... just that i wouldn't mind being in better... if that makes any sense.
So I think everything should be just fine.
