People Don't Change...

I like to try and change people and I'm going to have to stop...

People don't change. Especially, the ingrained behaviors based upon
brain patterns and other pyschological factors. It's much better to
understand the person's tendencies and just stop tyring to make them
act like someone else.

That doesn't mean defending their (mis)behavior but attaempting not to judge
them harshly when they are acting out of a internal script.

As an example... someone with a tendency to rage or be openly critical of
others when they are talking will probably do this repeatedly. How can
society as a whole deal with this perosnality type? That's a better question
that "How can we change this person?". Ideally, we'd have a common understanding of the type
