I haven't quite decided on whether there will be porn. I don't think it does a lot for the progression, although "erotica" might be more appropriate. I find porn pretty boring to write because, I mean, face it, I'm a gay man - I kinda know what goes on, and it's not terribly interesting unless you're doing it. I'll see what I can do though :-)

I see the difference. Erotica then. I guess the reason I ask ist that it would be interesting to see your perspective. There wsa a blog about how to write better slash several years back that was directed at women who write slash and it seemed to stress that sex between men was not romantic or tender but about domination and aggression. Your story supports quite the opposite and indeed I have talked with mnay of my gay friends who say that most gay men are in committed relationships or strive to be and that contradicted the assertions of this LJ blogger. I write slash fiction and I struggle not to make it a male/female dynamic but have taken criticism because of it. Most slash readers and writers are women. Straight women at that which is a curious thing but taken in the light of it being the same kind of reaction that straight men have for lesbians making love,it makes a bit more sense. I have yet to write in this fandom but I will sometday I hope. I am really enjoying your take on them and I hope you will contniue to write in the ( ... )
