At twenty-one, Sarah was a very agreeable young lady. In fact, it was the opinion of many that young Sarah resembled an attenuated Audrey Hepburn, minus the pin curls. I won't try to figure out how many years of experience you have, then. Why twenty-one? Things are so uncertain at that age!

Because when you hit thirty-six, you're gonna wish you were twenty-one again. Not as uncertain as you think when you put it into perspective.

I thought we weren't going to calculate how old you really are! ;)

But wouldn't you rather be on the edge of seventeen when you still know everything? Or mid twenties after you're a little bit more settled into adulthood?

I'm trying to adjust myself to the number. You could round it up to forty, good god.

No. Not seventeen. Seventeen, I did nothing but sit at home and smoke pot. Twenty-one was great. I was in Australia and having the best time of my life.
