Appearantly I can't change my CC info anymore, I get an error when trying it. It's very likely because I have an JP account. Other people have had the same problem and a 'solution' is described here www.ffxi-europe.com but it's a lot of trouble and you'd have to repeat it sooo I dunno... maybe Mcclane is gonna be dead soon

Ah the JP credit system. It is what claimed my first Character during the JP importer days.

If things haven't changed since my char got eaten, here is what has happened.

Your CC bounced and you owe Square some money, ordinarily on NA client you'd enter the new CC info in and pay the due bill right then and there, case closed.

However due to the oddity that is the JP Credit system, you have to make a payment via a convenience store in Japan. I don't know how that works there, I never got that far.

1: Get someone in Japan to help you with the problem
2: Give up :/

I'm pretty sure I alrdy paid for march on the old one, it was active until a few days ago. I can't read what the error says but googling for it makes it seem like it is a different problem. Not sure tho because there aren't many importers left who just happen to have this problem :(

Maybe cause more than half of them used that fake address on the ffxionline forums hahaha! Glad I used a different one.

I have no idea where I got my fake address but ffxionline was the place to be in the early days. You think they blocked people with fake addresses? Seems unlikely.

I'm not going to Japan for my FFXI char :p I don't play much anyway and I can accept quitting hehe but I rather make the decision myself instead of SE :(

Well, I think the majority used that same address and everyone I know got sucked into that CC payment crap.

Just befriend somebody in Japan through a internet friend site and have them pay for you =P.

Yeah the payment system has always sucked BIGTIME compared to WoW.. Very frustrating.

Bigger loss for the game than for me. Just kiddin! :p ugh iunno what to do yet, might try webmoney to pay, there is a way and a guide how to do it.
