So nothing really cool came out of the 2011 Shot Show, not unless I missed it feel free to clue me in if you saw something.
The only really cool new long gun I saw is the Kel-Tec's new duel magazine bull pup pump shotgun. Two 7rd magazines with manual selections. Looks cool but I don't have much need or use for it.
The only thing that really has me interest enough to possibly spend money is Charter Arms Pit Bull revolver, 5-shots, 2-inch barrel chamber in 40S&W and using a special star extractor that does not require the use of a moonclip to extract the rimless 40S&W cartridges. But Charter Arms has been promising that revolver for 2-3 years or more so I am not hopeful of getting my hands on one any time soon.
The Taurus Judge insanity continues. Taurus now has a revolver and revolver carbine chambered for 28 gauge in addition to the many 410 variations. And even more disappointing is that Smith & Wesson is now making a 45Colt/45ACP/410shotshell revolver. I though S&W has more self respect than that.
All in all its a good deal because there is nothing I have to rush out and buy and that will keep the GFWTR happy.
