Proposal dead

At the 11th hour I realize a fatal technical flaw in my proposed solution. Damn! Couple hundred lines of Matlab simulation and too many hours of tweaking and playing to hit a road block like this. I could probably come up with a solution but at this late juncture the flaw is too glaring to continue without an elegant solution. Feeling sort of stupid, thank you very much.

Off to proof read a few other proposals!
