Somewhere over Chicago - then Cook County Hospital
Some days it just doesn't pay to go to work...
After tracking a banshee halfway across the Rockies and falling off a cliff - resulting in a dislocated shoulder and his right leg broken in two places - the helicopter ride was more jarring than he would have liked. He is relatively certain it is far less painful than a cross-country drive would have been.
He's set up in a private room at Cook County Hospital currently free of ghosts and spectres, recovering.
He'll be here a while. Even after he's released, he'll spend several months in rehab.
