I'm back from Tokyo and funnily enough... off to Tokyo next week hopefully to do some volunteer work and network! I went to Tokyo for a conference and since then a lot has happened

OMG thank you for sharing that video, it was so funny because it's so true ! lololol I teach at a private girls's school but they still behave that way. I shared it on FB because it needs to be seen by my Japanese friends too. XD
Also, beautiful picture as usual. And I used a Sony Vaio (it's getting a bit old, I got it 4~5 years ago), and I think it's one of the best you can get. Almost no bug, I never had a problem with mine anyway (uh.. well except for when my HD died and ate all my files and I didn't notice at once so it was a big mess, but after I got a new one it was ok).
I wish you luck on your job hunting. And if you're in Tokyo next week and have a bit of free time, tell me and we can go somewhere :)
I was wondering where you taught at because I haven't seen you in a while and didn't have the opportunity to ask you! I wish that my students could see this video too - it may make them reflect on the way they act in class.
I was actually linked to this vid by several ALTs on my facebook; it's so honest that it's funny. It does actually make me feel better knowing that my students aren't the only ones who act up in class. I'm also surprised that I understood the casual Japanese.
I'm going to check with my school if I can take leave next week; shouldn't be a problem as it is spring break. I was planning to go to tokyo on Thu and attend an international networking event at night. On Sat, I hope to do some volunteer work in Ueno Park. I should be free on Friday to meet up! I'll text you!
