Getting what I deserve?
Last night I went to City Hall and up into the Council Chambers to get what I had coming to me.
A Certificate of Appreciation for going Above and Beyond for Fredericton Tourism.
Go me!
It was fun. I ate snacks, drank punch, got in pictures and generally soaked up the love.

Here is one to show some of people in attendance, including Mayor Brad Woodside in the middle.
Here are some more folks in attendance. I think Lisa Stewart can be made out just left of the table. She must try hard too. The guy that is standing directly under the center of the window is Mike Watling, who won the Grand Prize: a flight for two to Boston from Delta.
Second prize was a martini tasting party for 6 from the Blue Door. Mayor Woodside gave Mike the choice, saying "Mike, do you like to drink or fly?" Mike, with a seasoned hippy grin, said loudly, "Fly." Highlight of the night, in my opinion.
