Ugh, Florida, how I hate thee...
- Just a quick rant on that which is my life right now -
The new house payment rate is astonishing... Well, on mine at least. If it's this high, getting a condo doesn't seem as bad in comparison right now...^^;;;
$1800 a month... NEARLY $2000 a month for the freakin' payment!!! That's not even the bills or property tax figured into it as well!!
Sure, the house is worth $325,000 now but still...! ><
I think moving back to Alabama, or hell, anywhere else, seems very viable now... Part-time, here I come...Geez, making $800 every two weeks ain't what it used to be... I HATE THAT GUY THAT KILLED MY GEO!!! ;_; That's an EXTRA $300 missing every month thanks to the payment!! >< And I need new tires, an alignment, and an oil change...><
Methinks a bike will do good too...
...and the new belt test is coming up...have to pay for that too...
