LIMS - ROUND ONE; challenge three
Challenge Three.
In the following winter, Kay was playing with his sled in the crowded market, but he got carried away with a mysterious sleigh. That mysterious sleigh was ridden by the Snow Queen herself! Interested with the boy, The Snow Queen kissed Kay twice, first to shoo away the cold and then for Kay to forget about people he left behind. "The Snow Queen"
As we know, from the previous challenge, that Kay had gotten two splinters of the troll-mirror in himself. When winter comes, the Snow Queen takes him away from his family and especially Gerda into the Snow Queen's castle.
THE THIRD CHALLENGE.
We'll do both technical and interpretation theme this time. The challenge is: please make an icon with 'parting' as a theme, and with winter colours on it. It's best to choose any official images/scans where the characters are 'parting', though if you can't find one, you're free to interpret it in your icon with text, expression of the chara, etc. And also, create the 'winter' atmosphere! Like using selective colour to make the colour blue, white, and such to pop more in the icon. (I'm sorry if this is confusing, if you have any question please ask away and I'll try my best to answer)
THE RULES.
- You must be signed up as LIMS participant in order to submit
- Your submission should be freshly made by yourself, and fit to LJ's requirements ( less than 40 kb, 100x100 pixels )
- Your icon must contain MAIN CHARACTER ONLY, please! It can contain a minor character too, as long as the focus is the main character
- Animated icons/manga colourings are allowed
- Please use only OFFICIAL ART, NO FANARTS ARE ALLOWED.
