Why?
Ok I know I haven't written in a very, very long time but here is my random rant.
I was just watching American Pie 2 and well...instead of leaving with a happy mood, I wound up pissed off at how they ended it. Like really pissed off. I don't care about the stupid "Stifler's Mom" bit or Stifler with both so-called lesbians. Or even Jim dumping Nadia for the band geek. What bothers me is the whole entire Kevin(guy who dated Tara Reid's character in the 1st one) and Vicky(Tara Reid, of course). Ok, so she just wants to be friends. He says ok. She somehow believes he can handle it(yeah right). He thinks he is gonna get some. So he is obsessed with her and hangs out all summer pining over her like an idiot. All this is pretty much ok.
Anyways, my problem is at their end of the year bash. First off, she brings a guy without mentioning it to him, which...ok it's her choice, but not a very nice one. He gets upset. Then, get this, he apologizes for it. Yeah right, sure thing buddy. So Stifler gets 2 girls, Jim gets a girlfriend, Finch gets Stifler's mom, Chris still has Heather and even the Sherminator gets a hottie. But what does Kevin get? Blue balls.
I just hate how they make Kevin look like a jerk for being mad at her. Just makes the movie look like different parts were written by different people. Like stiflers parts were written by a "15 year old boy who just discovered porn."(thanks alison) and the rest was written by a feminist. Whatever...anyways, it pissed me off. Usually it is good if a movie gets you revved up...but this is American Pie 2, not Chasing Amy. I am supposed to leave with a smile on my face. Now I am all aggravated.
