I did Like the first 2 seasons but really S3 is starting to grind on me.  However, just as I start to think this there are sins for there being a story to what really is going on.

I've started watching Blood+ and all I can say for it in the opening disc test (the 4-5 episodes you suffer through to let the story try to establish itself and pull you in) is that while I'm interested and do want to see more I do not want to see any more of the official US released version.  The subtitles just seemed.... off the entire time.  ( Read more... )

For being an episodic series I'm enjoying it.  Although to call it episodic might not be completely fair.  It is made of mini arcs of about 3-4 episodes.  The stories are what keep you watching and a faint hope to learn ore about the strange group of characters.  Perhaps it is because each mini arc tends to focus on one character more than the ( Read more... )

The first season was alright and mostly an intro of sorts.

Now we have a major turning point and wow darkness like pitch.  Still pretty character designs and vampire glamor but still going.  I'm deep into ep 7 and more and more I want to finish it tonight.

Watched a little more of Ghost Hound today (ep 8 -12).  This one is driving me up the wall.  It has so far explained precious little yet somehow has managed to not only keep me watching but having "one more" syndrome.  I mean in the four episodes I watched nothing about what is going on was really explained other than it seems the town itself might ( Read more... )

More shots... and more of the same.  This one is very comic relief yet at the same time you know there is something much darker under the surface that makes you enjoy the sugar while it lasts because it will not be there later.  I could be wrong on this, it is just the vibe I get off it.

Something is defiantly not right now.  Considering the ending of season 2 that is probably justified and technically adds sense to everything but for now a word of warning that the characters are not as you remember them.  In the imp's case that is probably a good thing.  She no longer has her own body so she possessed a wind up toy.  At least now ( Read more... )
