yeah i make my entries rhyme
what now
do you ever scroll through your phone 'book'
and give a number that second look?
do you ponder if they're awake
or if they have time to waste
... on the likes of you.
or do you just assume that a late night dial
would put you on their 'omfg i have a stalker!!!' file
because i sure do.
it's very unfun
but keep your chin up...because someone is doing the same
staring at a name
your name
and for those of us who don't have the guts
we have numeral keys

and for all my fellow company
who cuddle to the glow of a dial tone
