Wow. I devoured the last 100-or-so pages in about a day. There _was_ a bit of foreshadowing that meant that the information from the coda wasn't a shock to me. (Don't get me wrong -- I was thrilled. And it did take me most of a page to realize that it didn't take place back in Abbey's place.) But I had been wondering, based on a few tidbits that had been dropped if this would be something that would be somehow possible. And if so what it would mean. I'm still not sure how it's going to be pulled off, but I'm looking forward to finding out. If anything I'm a little more interested in how the other person's reaction to the virus will be explained.

I'm also glad that she answered the "I wonder if..." question I had. (Or was it an "I wonder if I'm supposed to assume..." question?)
