"Getting To Know You"

1. What is one thing everyone should know about you? I can't get enough of learning things. I'm more of a documentary girl than a book girl, but I'll read those too. I'll watch anything from the Chernobyl Disaster to how Hippos Mate, and I'll never complain about it. One of the most healthy things a person can do is indulge in little facts they can retell at dinner parties and Thanksgiving. It's a wicked obsession of mine.
2. What is a common misconception about you? That I am anything like the character I play on television. I'm not; I wish I had her sass!
3. Would you consider yourself to be shy or outgoing? Outgoing, most definitely. Especially if I get locked into something, I love bringing everyone together for chats and larger group activities, even if it's just to mingle and meld into the background.
4. Tell us more about yourself in general. As down and dirty as I can get, I'm a girly girl. I love to have friends over, to do anything from hanging out out to do stupid things, to watch movies or knit. I know when people say they're something of an oddball, they're usually right to an extent, but I'd like to think I am one through and through. I spend my nights in my glasses and pajamas, drinking red wine and listening to indie music. If you're a Mariah or 5ive fan, you're going to have to work to win me over. (Just kidding.) I love my mom and I can talk about anything under the sun. I think I said that already.

I am so glad I'm not the only one. Cole was so dreamy, words can't possibly express how excited I am that Eddie's now in CSI: Miami. I can almost forgive him for taking Adam Rodriguez's place on my eye candy scale.

Oooh, Six Feet Under! I never finished watching the whole series, I got depressed by it sometime early in season 3 I think. Some of the bands you mentioned I haven't even heard of, so I'm looking forward to hearing them. A friend and I were talking last night about how awesome you are, inside and out :)

And you know, I think Six Feet Under's whole melancholy thing was what attracted me so much. You know when you see something at a certain point in your life that strikes you? That was mine. And that is so sweet of you.

Claire started getting really whiny and stuff, and I didn't like her as much any more, and it all seemed downright depressing. I do want to pick it up again, though. AFTER I watch Mad Men, of course ;)
