1. Where do you live? Mostly Bangor, Northern Ireland, but I spend a good deal of time in London and Glasgow as well.

"Entertainment"
1. Favorite Television Shows of All Time: This is so difficult, but I'll just list a few as being The Simpsons, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Fawlty Towers, Father Ted, Arrested Development and The X-Files.
2. Favorite Current Television Shows: Merlin, Misfits, Dexter, obviously things that have one-word titles.
3. Favorite All Time Bands and Musicians: Nirvana, The Undertones, Super Furry Animals, Sebadoh, Dinosaur Jr., Mudhoney, REM, Pearl Jam, The Kinks, Van Morrison, The Frames, Bell X1, LIsa Hannigan, Biffy Clyro, Girls Aloud...it's dangerous to get into.
4. Bands and Musicians that You have Been Listening to on Heavy Rotation: The Frames, Two Door Cinema Club, James Vincent McMorrow,Everything Everything, General Fiasco, Sebadoh.
5. Name your guilty pleasures: The X Factor.
6. Other things that entertain you: Playing music obviously, writing fiction that will never see the light of day, reading pretty much anything, going to concerts, hanging out with mates, spending time with my wee niece.
"People"
1. Who would you want to be stranded on a deserted island with? Cheryl Cole because she's dreamy. But otherwise and not in MBP, Peter Buck because we'd make a lot of music before inevitably dying.
2. Name three people you wouldn't mind being stranded in an elevator with? Three of my four bandmates. I assume the fourth would be running for help. Or responsible for us being trapped.
3. Who would you call to bail you out of jail? Cheryl because she has plenty of money (and experience with crime).
4. Who would call you to bail them out of jail? Simon Amstell, purely for my pleasure.
5. You can have dinner with anyone in MBP so who is it? Dave Grohl because he's done some really important music.
"Getting To Know You"
1. What is one thing everyone should know about you? I am utterly obsessed with music and books. I never really got into hobbies because those two things can take up all your time if you let them. And I sure try to.
2. What is a common misconception about you? That I'm super serious or intimidating. I'm really just a nerd.
3. Would you consider yourself to be shy or outgoing? An attempted shy reformer. I get nervous about silence and tend to ramble on to fill the gaps.
4. Tell us more about yourself in general. I'm a giant. I tend to wear the same things over and over even if they're not flattering. I prefer comfort over style. I can juggle. I really love good banter and don't mind if I come across as a bit weird from it because I'm self-effacing to a fault. I get excited when people message me first because I sometimes doubt if I'm entertaining enough, which I guess goes back to self-effacing. I enjoy snark and sass and warmth. Also, I have a horrible memory sometimes, and it can be downright hilarious.
