You leave, you come back and this what you have...
Damn, I can't keep up with all the posts y'all have done over the past few days, but I am reading the highlights of the usual suspects (fay, guera, slashed).
On fandom fronts, I am excited about new shows on the networks and the fact that we can get the SciFi network in (fuzzy but watchable) on our new tv, so I should be able to get into more fandoms, plus we got the cords to hook lappy486 to the tv so we can watch downloaded stuff. So far we have only done that with Boomtown, but I can see some Dr. Who/Torchwood/Supernatural happening in my future.
On fanficcing front, my muse and plotbunnies have run away and I think it is because they want me to write original fics seeing as my semi-retirement may be coming to an end. And end that only lasts 182 days a year, but still, work seems to be impending. Though thanks to the DH actually doing well, it looks like he will be staring down the barrel of 50+ hour work weeks, so I will have lots of alone time. I think I am going to tackle NOLA Rising first and see what I can do to change it.overhaul it big time and then I think I will work on my Hells Belles series that keeps kicking around and then maybe the Gus Broussard PI idea. We shall see. Plus there are a bunch of photos I want to overhaul into photobooks and the canvas works I want to do with the NYC photoshop pics and the wall collage. Creativity is going into overtime just when I have less time, what else is new?
Tummy rumbles say go eat, and I am going to listen to them for once.
