In other news, DMI voting is still effed up which makes me really mad. I'm supposed to be working on my thesis right now. It's going okay but I'm really effing tired.
I enjoyed the thunderstorm, I hope it comes back soon.
I can't believe October break is this Friday. Unfortunately I'm going to have a Spanish midterm to write and a WMST midterm project to do during it, so it won't be total rest and relaxation, which is definitely what I need right now. :(
What should I write about for my Violence, Sex, and Censorship seminar paper? I had three different ideas but I don't think I'll be able to use any of them because my teacher is limiting us to movies she's already seen (!!!) I wanted to do Te doy mis ojos (Take My Eyes) a Spanish film by a female writer-director about domestic violence, or Pan's Labyrinth, or Boondock Saints... Now I don't know. Compare/contrasts would be particularly good.
