OUAT theory: Who cast the curse?
Sort of hypothetical spoilers.
The writers are saying that Zelena did not cast the curse, and that makes sense since she would have had to kill Rumple to do it (per the show's logic anyway). Running through the list of other likely contenders, they couldn't have done it, or there'd be another missing person. So here's my theory. Hook did it, and he sacrificed his ship to do it. I'm not sure what the analogous "heart" of a ship would be, but we do know he no longer has his ship after reclaiming it in the past year, and he's the only one other than Zelena to retain his memories.
