Programming Class

Today I turned in my final two projects for computer programming class in C# (C-Sharp). The last structured computer programming course I took was my first year in college over 17 years ago. I guess the fundamentals of programming will never change, but C# is much different that Fortran.

This class was, of course, online and I wish I could have taken this in a classroom setting. The teacher did a great job of providing relevant YouTube videos on all chapters. The worst part of the class was the book. The book was a generic text on programming principals and structure. With very little Internet access on the ship it was difficult to translate the needed code into C#.

I am glad this class is over. I thought it was going to be easy to do this class while on the ship, but it was very much the opposite. Without access to the Internet while I was doing my studies it made the work much harder. It was nice that I was able to figure things out without the “crutch” of Google.
