Help and possible news
Does anyone know anything about Ornamental Pepper plants?
In one of the baskets we received at the funeral, we have this beauty:
Or she was, until she never got watered. Oops. Two weeks is a long time without a drink. All of the leaves were wilted and falling off, but it left behind some very colorful peppers. I haven't repotted it yet, but that's on my agenda. I'm hoping that new leaves will grow, but I don’t know if it's too far gone.
My goal is to make it healthy again.
I left this post open, so if you have someone on your f-list that has a green thumb, feel free to send them my way. I have this rule that as long as there is life in a plant, no matter how tiny, I will keep tending to it. I just can't bear to throw them away. :(
In other news, I may be a cat mom again soon. The neighbor lady's daughter needs to find a home for her two kitties because her middle child has developed allergies to animals. She's supposed to call me today so we can chat. Even though this year has sucked worse than Dracula's bite, there may be a bright spot here and there. We'll see.
