Next Degree

Just completed a 3 year, 7 semesters, 22 courses and 60 hours of video lecture guided by 75 separate industry conversations; which translated into landing a job making $30,000 more with other companies teasing me with 200k more. Never has such a cause and effect connection being so clear.

This is not counting the hundreds additional lecture videos and books on other subjects not directly link to the quest. The value of this education topping $150,000; most of it hacked one way or another. But the real price is the sacrifice of weekends, evening, time with loved ones.

This week I dedicated 5 hours mapping out the next three years. Being more efficient with accessing lectures through iPod mobility. Then for the hard course where I actually have to sit down and focus, combine the lectures simultaneous with the reading.

Upping my speed reading / photo memorization levels and thus opening up time for more balance life with time for hanging out with awesome people like you guys and people I come across my journey.

Feeling more optimistic about the quest than ever before.
