I know why Sara Sidle may have been a bit aggressively annoyed with Ronnie. Ronnie is young(er), pretty(er), extremely forensically smart and apparently highly sought after from the NY and Miami labs, and she has an innate curiousity on bugs and their place in forensics and effects on the human body --- COMPETITION!! A potential RIVAL should Grissom ever come across her, no? She's in technically just like herself, only YOUNGER ... and, well, since TPTB have Grissom going for the younger woman type, ... why not even YOUNGER than Sara?

What is that saying ... hmmm, ... 'what goes around, comes around ...' something like that, no?

Jealousy, pure and simple in base. Everything else would be catalyctic fuel to her fire.
