I ran 2.5 miles on the Greenbelt today, this time from Zilker. That part of the trail is damn rocky, quite a bit tougher than what I did last week (when I started at 360 and went upstream). I managed to keep a pace very close to my on-road pace, though, which made me pretty happy.
Now my IT band, which sometimes gets tight, is on the verge of hurting. :( I'm hoping yoga tomorrow will stretch it out.
