Regarding Pierce...what are the specifics of the guideline disallowing manga colouring? What I understand is that we can neither colour an originally B&W image (usually the scans that we read), nor recolour coloured manga images, but does the guideline also extend to the use of adjustment layers (selective colour, filters, etc.) and tools like Blur, Smudge, etc.?
Then...about Slash, is it acceptable to set a non-100x100 on a white base where the white is taken to be the part not included in the icon, or must it be saved in .gif format where there are actually transparent parts?
Finally, somewhere in the paragraph regarding Almighty: Note that you must use two elementals if you pick Almighty (but you don't have to use the guidelines). 1) Does Almighty give the user a free reign to use any two elementals, whether they exist in the user's current store or not? 2) Which guidelines don't have to be used? Additionally, each Almighty attack costs 50 gold to use 3) Once submissions are accepted, 50 gold for each Almighty icon will be deducted from the person's hoard?
1) It just means you can't color an originally B&W image or recolor colored images. All other color adjustments are fine.
2) Non-100x100 has to be non-100x100 strictly in dimensions (and preferrably under 90px). Negative space or transparency doesn't count in this case; the canvas needs to be non-100x100.
re: almighty
1) Yes. 2) The individual elementals' guidelines; you only have to use Almighty's guideline (no textures). 3) Yes.
